Katherine DeSilva

Katherine DeSilva is an Ipswich native, artist, author, and educator. She is a committed single mother with Multiple Sclerosis. In the last decade, she has spent her time outside of the classroom creating community events. She has spearheaded silent auctions, arts and crafts fairs, sustainable parenting expos, and sexual education programs. Katherine has written and illustrated 3 children's books and continues to create work for children and adults. She has her BFA from MassArt and her Masters in Special Education.
